Create an easy-to-understand .csv report showing the following data for each cited application under a specific firm or assignee for a given time period. The same data is also included for the citing application:

  • Application number

  • Application title

  • Application filing date

  • Application status

  • Assignee

  • Firm

  • CPC class at publishing

  • CPC class at issuance

  • A link to the application's Juristat report

102 Reports are accessible through a dedicated button in the left navigation menu. The icon says "102."

Running a 102 Report

To run a 102 report:

  1. Select a firm or an assignee for whom you’d like to see 102 forward citations.

  2. Select a date range. (Optional) The date range will limit your report to 102 citations issued during your specified period of time.

  3. Click “Run 102 Report." The .csv file will automatically download to your default downloads folder and you will also receive an email with the download link.

Note, if no date range is set, we will run an export for all detected 102 citations; however, such reports can be very large and may take some time to run, or may cause an error.
