Juristat IDS subscribers can submit requests for IDS services directly within the Juristat app.
This includes IDS services for new filings, activity triggered by foreign office actions, or prior art searches. Submitting requests through directly in the app keeps your data secure while streamlining IDS management.
Accessing your IDS Manager:
Log in to Juristat.
Click the “Workflow Automation” icon in the green left navigation bar.
Click “Manager” under the “IDS” heading.
Click the “Request” button to submit your IDS request.
5. Fill out the form:
That's all! You can add any custom instructions for the IDS preparation in the text box, or leave it blank to follow your firm or organization's default instructions.
