You can print any of Juristat's Reports. However, printing or saving reports as PDFs removes their interactive features. Therefore, we strongly recommend providing access to your Juristat subscription for additional team members or sharing a direct link to the report you are viewing. This allows colleagues to log in, view reports, and utilize all interactive filters and features.
Additionally, when you copy and paste the report's URL after customizing its view with filters, your colleague will see the exact same report view with those filters applied.
Printing Reports
In Intelligence view, a ‘print report’ button appears at the top right of the report. Clicking it allows you to quickly print the report or save a PDF using your printer settings. This feature is available for all Intelligence view reports, including data on examiners, art units, tech centers, companies, firms, and more.
Printing Drafting Results
Printing Juristat Search or Drafting results is simple. Just click "File" and "Print" in your browser.
Remember that each search results page prints separately. For example, clicking "print" on the first page will only print that page. To print all search results together, click the Export button to save them as a CSV file.
Common Printing Issues
Graphs are Cut-Off
If graphs are cut off or not printing properly, try checking your printer's settings.
If your printer is set to 100% scale, try lowering the scale or look for options like "shrink to fit" or "shrink to scale'.
Fonts Not Rendering on Print View
Occasionally, certain print drivers or browsers do not render the fonts on our reports correctly.
If this happens, you have a few options: 1) try a different printer or browser, or 2) instead of printing directly, choose to "save as PDF" and then print the PDF.
