The IDS Manager dashboard makes it easy to check the status of your IDS request.

To access the IDS Manager, locate the "Workflow Automation" button in the left navigation from the home screen.

Once you've accessed the IDS Manager, you'll be able to see all of your completed IDSs, along with any IDSs that are currently in progress.

IDS Status Definitions


Pending: This packet is in the queue to be worked on.

On Hold: We've requested additional information about this packet and are waiting for a response.

No IDS Needed: We have reviewed this triggering event and determined that no SB-08s needed to be prepared.

In Progress: An analyst is actively working on this packet.

Submitted: The packet has been prepared and is awaiting final review.

In Review: A senior analyst is performing a final review of the packet.

Sent: The packet has been delivered.
