Your Account Management screen keeps you informed and in control of your account and users. From Account Management, you can view your usage, generate custom invoices, reset your password, and more.
Accessing Account Management
To access your Account Management dashboard, click the scroll wheel in the bottom left corner of your screen and select Account Management.
Resetting Your Password
To update your password, access the Account Management screen and click the "Send Password Change Link" button:
Clicking this button will automatically send you an email with a link to securely update your password.
If you've forgotten your password, you can also request a password change link email from the login screen by typing in your email address and then clicking "Forgot Password" on the next login screen:
If you are an Owner or an Administrator of your organization's subscription group, you will also be able to see a list of users with accounts in your group. when you access Account Management From this table, you can promote other users to the "Admin" or "Owner" roles and/or export a list of users to a .csv file.
To add new users, you will need a registration link for your organization's subscription group. Your organization's administrator will have this link, or feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request a registration link.
