Your Account Management screen keeps you informed and in control of your account and users. From Account Management, you can view your usage, generate custom invoices, reset your password, and more.

Accessing Account Management

To access your Account Management dashboard, simply hover over your user icon in the upper right corner of your screen. 


Manage Subscriptions

The first thing you'll see is the Manage Subscriptions tab. The main use for this screen is to add your credit card in order to enable auto pay, once you've purchased a subscription through our sales team

Juristat Tip: If you've purchased a subscription, but don't see anything under the "My Subscription" section - don't worry. This section automatically populates only if you're paying through our credit card system on a monthly basis.

Purchase History

From the Purchase History tab, you can see all the reports that have been purchased by anyone in your group, the username of the purchaser, the date of purchase, the name of the examiner, and the client matter number (entered by the purchaser at the time of purchase).  

Juristat Tip: Juristat's Purchase History screen gives you the ability to generate custom invoices for any given report for you to bill through to your clients. Just click the checkbox next to the report(s) you wish to include on the invoice and click "Generate Invoice".  An invoice (pdf) will automatically download to your computer.


Changing Your Password

At any time, you can access the Settings tab in Account Management to change the password associated with your username. 

The Password Strength bar will turn green when the password you've typed in meets Juristat's security standards through a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Also, if you forget your password or mis-type your password, you can always return to the sign in page and request an auto login email in order to access your account and enter a new password.


Adding Users

Your Group Management tab can be used to add or remove users from your Juristat subscription. To add a user, you can send the new user a group signup link generated on this screen. Simply click the "copy" symbol next to the Signup Link and the link will be copied to your clipboard. Learn more about adding users.

Under this tab, you can also see who is authorized to use your subscription and authorize group administrators or owners.
