Juristat IDS subscribers are only a few steps away from automating their information disclosure statement process. It uses the same database as our top Analytics tool, tracking every application filed at the USPTO, cited prior art, and familial relationships between applications. Subscribers reduce workload unpredictability, minimize errors, and avoid the high costs associated with manual preparation.
Reference Sheets available in the IDS Manager
With our management dashboard, Juristat IDS subscribers get a comprehensive view of all the information disclosure statements (and accompanying reference sheets!) produced and sent by Juristat.
Juristat IDS subscribers can access the dashboard by clicking the "Workflow Automation" button on the left side of Juristat. To see the related reference sheet from Juristat, ensure the ‘Reference Sheet’ column is added to your view.
Then, click "Reference Sheet” on any completed IDS to see the reference sheet within the Juristat app.
Whether the triggering event is a rejection on a U.S. application, a new filing, a PCT filing, or another request, Juristat prepares a reference sheet listing all relevant prior art references. Thanks to our industry-leading Analytics database, Juristat IDS subscribers can trust that we know every piece of prior art cited in each case, including every foreign equivalent, continuity relationship, and subject matter relationship.
Of course, you’ll still receive a dedicated email with a download link for each IDS as soon as it’s ready, but this dashboard view adds an extra layer of convenience and oversight to your IDS workflow management.
