Available Dashboards
Basic & Premium Benchmarks — Compare your metrics to the USPTO for applications disposed in the past five years.
Practice Overview — See applications allowed or abandoned in the past five years, compared to frequent assignees, examiners, and classes.
Portfolio Overview — See your company’s applications allowed or abandoned in the past five years, compared to frequent examiners, classes, art units, and tech centers.
Competitor Comparison (Basic) — Compare your organization against a set of competitors across key metrics.
Competitor Comparison (Premium) — Select top competitors, filter datasets, and compare them across advanced metrics.
Maintenance Fees — View applications with upcoming maintenance fees and adjust thresholds for "avoidable" fees using the Patent Value Score.
Prosecution Strategy — Identify applications flagged for interviews, appeals, continuations, extended prosecution, or low-allowance examiners (requires examiners with at least 10 disposed applications).
Dashboard Navigation
To get to your dashboards, click on Dashboards in the left navigation menu.
Analytics users will see their added dashboards as tabs across the top of the home screen.
Dashboard Settings: Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner to add or remove dashboards or set a different dashboard as the default dashboard to view upon login.
Portfolio Selector: Use the Portfolio Selector button in the top right corner to see your dashboards from the perspective of any firm or company — useful for business development, benchmarking, or competitive research.
